Noise is nature

"Noise is nature represents the first volume in a portfolio series of instrumental records - through concept, these pieces serve to demonstrate different techniques of music making. The first volume spotlights my trauma through catharsis: harsh noise. Each piece was performed entirely through singular improvisational sessions – indeterminate results followed the release of complex & varying reactions to dysregulation. The development of this record was extremely intimate, but purposefully left open to the listener's personal abstraction of concept."

"This project is an analysis and recontextualization of Lady Gaga's most daring project, ARTPOP (2013). In order to serve as the debut representation of my catalog, I honored the album's spirit of creative rebellion. Through retrospect, I explore radical sound by juxtaposing samples of absurdity with prestige. I wield lightness in the dark world of ARTPOP's thematic pillars: Greek Mythology, sexual abuse & persecution."
